License
Kivati Studio and Kivati Server are licensed together. Additionally, 32-bit and 64-bit installation packages for both products are included in the same license.
- Kivati Studio is licensed per seat. Any one given user can use Kivati Studio on only one computer at a time.
- Kivati Server is licensed per user. Any one given user can use Kivati Server on as many computers as necessary at a time.

Media
All of our products are available for electronic download, usually immediately after purchase. If you require physical media, we can provide that to you for a nominal fee when you check out from our online store.
We do not provide printed documentation at this time.
Subscriptions
Purchasing a Kivati Subscription is an excellent way to protect and enhance your investment in Kivati Studio! A subscription entitles you to receive application updates and new products at your license level for one year from the date of inception of the subscription. Subscriptions are a low-cost way to ensure that you're always on top of the latest in composite application management technology and are receiving the latest updates.

Support
All licenses of Kivati Studio receive free email-based support for six months from the date of purchase. For longer-term support and priority support handling, you can purchase a support agreement or individual support incidents. Support incidents expire one year after purchase.
